Please read these terms carefully before booking a cleaning service

📄 Agreement
By requesting a quote or booking a cleaning service through Clean Lease ("we", "us", "our") at cleanleaseperth.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by Clean Lease in Perth, WA.
📅 Bookings & Quotes
- All quotes provided on our website are estimates only based on the information you supply
- Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the property
- A booking is confirmed only after we contact you and confirm the date, time, and final price
- We reserve the right to revise the quote after inspecting the property if the condition differs significantly from what was described
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your booking at no charge with at least 24 hours notice
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to $50
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to $80
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in the event of an emergency, illness, or circumstances beyond our control — in which case you will not be charged

🛡 Bond Back Guarantee
Our Bond Back Guarantee means:
- If your property manager or agent is not satisfied with the clean, we will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no extra charge
- The re-clean request must be made within 48 hours of the original clean
- The guarantee applies only to areas included in our original cleaning scope
- The guarantee does not apply if the property has been re-occupied, damaged, or modified after our clean
- The guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions beyond cleaning (e.g. mould requiring treatment, carpet replacement)
🏠 Access to Property
- You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and timely access to the property on the agreed date
- If we cannot access the property at the agreed time and are not notified in advance, a call-out fee may apply
- Please ensure utilities (water, electricity) are connected at the property on the day of the clean
- You or your representative do not need to be present during the clean, but must make arrangements for key access
💳 Payment
- Payment is due on or before the day of the clean unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept bank transfer, cash, and other payment methods as agreed at time of booking
- Invoices not paid within 7 days of service may incur a late payment fee
- Prices include GST where applicable
⚠️ Liability
We take great care in every clean. However:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that break due to age or fragility
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from our services
- Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided
- We are fully insured for public liability — a certificate of currency is available upon request
Please inform us of any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items before the clean so we can take appropriate care.
